CANTO BREAKTHROUGH
The Cosmos-based blockchain, Canto. (TVL) has doubled this January. this surge in TVL came after an investment from Variant Fund, a VC firm, earlier this month. This has placed Canto as the fourth most valuable Layer 1 blockchain in the Cosmos ecosystem, trailing behind Cronos, Kava, and Osmosis.
One of the reasons for this growth has been Canto's focus on incentivizing the development of DeFi apps, which don't charge users any fees and instead rely on Canto incentives. This has really caught the attention of the crypto community and investors alike.
